Year-total absence milestones

Year-total tardy milestones

Milestones are a comma-separated list — you're told each time a student reaches one, under Save today’s log, and Attendance totals shows who in amber. Year totals count the whole log; the rolling rules above count only your most recent logged days. Either way a student is reported once on crossing and can report again after dropping back under.
